Jason "The Dragon" Lee's passion for fitness and combat sports began early. Originally from Massachusetts, Jason moved to Colorado at age 14, where he would eventually cement his legacy as a powerhouse in the martial arts world. Now 47, Jason has spent nearly his entire adult life dedicated to the industry. He earned his Fitness and Nutrition degree in 1999 and has since managed large-scale gyms and studios, bringing a professional, science-backed approach to every training session.

Jason frequently speaks at schools, community centers, and churches, sharing his life story to inspire the next generation. His mission is simple: to use the discipline of martial arts to positively impact his community and help others find their own inner strength.
